🔧 หลักการทำงาน (Working Principle)
VD 520 Inline flow meter ใช้หลักการ Differential Pressure Measurement (วัดแรงดันต่าง) ผ่านท่อ PITOT ที่มีความไวสูง โดยค่าความต่างของแรงดันที่เซนเซอร์ตรวจวัดจะสัมพันธ์กับความเร็วของแก๊ส → คำนวณเป็นค่า Flow rate ได้อย่างแม่นยำ แม้ในช่วง flow ต่ำกว่า 2 m/s ซึ่งเหมาะกับระบบลมอัดและก๊าซอุตสาหกรรมหลายกรณี
การติดตั้งเซนเซอร์เจาะเป็น Inline ในท่อ ช่วยให้ข้อมูลครบทั้งการไหล, ปริมาตรสะสม, อุณหภูมิ และแรงดัน ผ่านการชดเชยค่าต่าง ๆ อัตโนมัติภายในตัวอุปกรณ์
